Robert’s practice is focused primarily on the areas of personal injury law and litigation. He works hard to help clients who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents, bicycle and motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, and pedestrian accidents. His experience includes claims stemming from a multitude of injuries, including brain, orthopaedic, spinal, soft tissue, and psychological trauma.

 

Additionally, Robert has grown his practice to include matters involving real estate, construction, and commercial disputes, where he is committed to meet and exceed the expectations of his clients.

 

And, Robert’s track record is impressive. He has successfully negotiated settlements for clients in all of the above mentioned areas, and successfully representing clients in both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia, as well as various tribunals.

This is why he works diligently to take the stress off of his clients’ shoulders, so they can focus on the important matter of their recovery.

 

His Background

 

Robert grew up in Kelowna and went on to attend Okanagan University College, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, graduating with distinction. He then obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton.

 

Following that, Robert completed his articles with Doak Shirreff in Kelowna, where he began his career as a practicing lawyer upon his call to the bar in 2009. During his time at Doak Shirreff, Robert had the opportunity to gain experience in the fields of personal injury and litigation, leading to a specialization that he is passionate about.

 

With a well-established practice, Robert founded Kwasnicki Law, where he currently leads a team of skilled legal professionals.

 

Robert is also a member of the Kelowna Bar Association, the Law Society of British Columbia, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and the Canadian Bar Association.
